If your claim was generated successfully an email was sent notifying you of the
status.
- A successful claim was generated. We will review your claim. You will be
notified if we need any additional information. If no additional information
is needed you will receive payment.
- If the claim did not qualify for paperless claim the RFI packet was emailed
to you in an attachment.
- Print the claim packet, complete the form(s) per instructions and mail it
into our office with any supporting documents. If you do not have a printer
you will need to call 785.296.4165 and request our office mail the forms to
you.

This first step is paperless. The claim forms will be sent to your email address
as a PDF attachment.
Paperless results require nothing further from you right now. Other successful items
should arrive via e-mail shortly or postal mail within a few days.
